Construction & Material Integrity

Unlike vinyl, printed, or laminated signage, this sign is precision-carved on a CNC router from a solid sheet of HDPE Color Core, consisting of a contrasting core layer (typically white or black) sandwiched between two solid-color outer layers.

Because the message is engraved into the material itself:

No inks, paints, or adhesives are used

No surface layers to delaminate or bubble

No rust, rot, or corrosion

No risk of peeling in washdown or high-humidity environments
