Its bold ANSI-style DANGER header, dual warning symbols, and highly visible message remind personnel that approved lockout procedures must be completed before servicing, maintenance, inspection, or entry.

Precision CNC-machined from premium ¼-inch HDPE ColorCore, every letter, symbol, and border is engraved to a depth of 0.098 inches, permanently exposing the contrasting white core beneath the red surface. Unlike printed graphics or applied vinyl, the recessed message will never peel, crack, or require repainting.
